直线滚动导轨的Hertz接触建模及接触刚度的理论求解

摘    要:直线滚动导轨是数控机床的重要功能部件,对导轨系统进行解析建模可以有效分析导轨的特性参数对导轨力学性能的影响。该文基于Hertz接触原理,对直线滚动导轨进行了Hertz接触建模及接触刚度求解。首先,推导了导轨系统中单个滚珠-沟槽的接触刚度解析表达式。在此基础上,系统地分析了滑块与导轨之间的变形关系,完成了整个导轨的法向接触建模。最后,以NSK直线导轨为对象,分别求解了单个滚珠及4种预紧力等级作用下整个导轨系统的接触刚度,并绘制了载荷-弹性变形以及刚度-弹性变形之间的关系曲线。进一步,利用所创建的模型,分析了外载荷及预紧力对导轨接触刚度的影响。

Abstract:The linear rolling guide is an important function part of CNC machine tools. Analytical modeling is an efficient method to analyze the effect of characteristic parameters of a linear guide on its mechanical properties. In this investigation, the contact modeling and analytical solution of contact stiffness for the linear guide system is completed based on Hertz contact theory. First, the analytical formula of the contact stiffness is derived for the rolling interface between the single ball and groove. Then, the deformation relationship between carriage and guide is analyzed systematically and the normal contact modeling of the linear rolling guide system is set up. At last, taking the NSK linear guides as objects, the contact stiffness of the single rolling interface and the whole guide system are solved for four kinds of different preload levers, and the curves of load-elastic deformation and stiffness-elastic deformation are drawn respectively. In addition, the effects of loads and preloads on the contact stiffness of the guide system are also analyzed based on the proposed model.
