铁盐水处理剂生产装置设计及运行过程若干问题

摘    要:针对铁盐水处理剂生产装置及运行过程存在的问题,即反应器型式、换热降温系统、气体管路静电消除系统、气室压力测控系统,以及反应结束后氮氧化物的脱除与吸收系统等进行了工程化探索。结果表明,各批次的反应时间大约为2.5 h;质量分数为38%的三氯化铁生产过程温度未超过80 ℃;未发生过管路燃爆事故;产品在储运及使用过程中未出现“黄烟”逸出现象。研究使铁盐水处理剂制造行业生产过程更加安全高效。

Abstract:In view of the problems existing in the production equipment and operation process of iron brine solution treatment agent,the type of reactor,the heat exchange and cooling system,the gas pipeline static elimination system,air chamber pres-sure measurement and control system,and the removal and absorption system of nitrogen oxides after the reaction has been engineering explored.The results showed that the reaction time of each batch was about 2.5 h.The temperature in the produc-tion process of ferric chloride with a mass fraction of 38% did not exceed 80 ℃.There was no pipeline explosion accident and no nitrogen oxide escapes during the storage,transportation and use of the product.Research promoted the safer and more efficient production process of the iron brine treatment agent manufacturing industry.
