摘    要:贵州某磷矿五氧化二磷品位26.43%、氧化镁含量3.82%,针对该磷矿中氧化镁含量高的特点,采用常温单一反浮选的方法进行提磷脱镁试验.试验结果表明:在矿粉-0.074 mm含量达到70.2%条件下,分别以硫酸和磷酸作为抑制剂,提磷脱镁指标均较好;以硫酸作为抑制剂时,可获得精矿五氧化二磷品位为31.69%,氧化镁含量为0.89%,回收率为96.95%的指标;以磷酸作为抑制剂时,可获得精矿五氧化二磷品位为31.63%,氧化镁含量为0.98%,回收率为97.01%的指标.

Abstract:The run-of-mine ore of Guizhou phosphate ores contains 26.43% of phosphorus pentoxide and 3.82% of magnesium oxide.Aiming at the characteristic of high content of magnesium oxide in phosphate rock,the single reverse flotation method was used to enrich phosphorus pentoxide and remove magnesium oxide at normal temperature.The test results show that sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as inhibitors realize the enrichment of phosphorus pentoxide and the reduction of magnesium oxide;under the condition of 70.2% of the mineral powder-0.074mm mesh,taking sulfuric acid as inhibitor,the phosphorus pentoxide content increases to 31.69% from 26.43%,and the magnesium oxide content decreases to 0.89% from 3.82%,the recovery is 96.95%;taking phosphoric acid as inhibitor,the phosphorus pentoxide content increases to 31.63% from 26.43% and the magnesium oxidecontent decreases to 0.98% from 3.82%,the recovery is 97.01%.
