深部高应力软岩巷道围岩整体锚注技术研究

摘    要:针对平煤股份四矿三水平东专回下山埋深大、围岩软弱、地应力复杂以及破坏严重的现状,以“深部软岩工程的耦合支护理论”和“软岩巷道滞后注浆围岩控制理论”为指导,对破坏成因进行科学分析,尝试采用锚网索喷、注浆锚杆、注浆锚索以及组合砂浆锚索多种支护技术依据耦合作用时机分步加载于巷道围岩,探索出了适用于加固深部高应力软岩巷道的一项围岩整体控制支护技术,通过多种支护型材和注浆共同作用在浅部及深部形成多层结构体系,增强了围岩主动支护能力和自身承载能力,很好地控制了巷道变形,解决了长期以来高应力软岩巷道反复维修的恶性循环问题。

Abstract:According to the status quo of large buried depth,weak surrounding rock,the complex stress and the serious damage,taking "the deep soft rock engineering coupling support theory" and "lag grouting of soft rock roadway surrounding rock control theory" as a guide.In this paper,the cause of the damage was cientifically analyzed,and a variety of supporting techniques of anchor net shotcrete,grouting bolt,grouting anchor cable and combined mortar cable were tried to step into the surrounding rock according to the coupling action time,and a whole control supporting technology suitable for strengthening the deep and high stress soft rock roadway was explored.Through the joint action of various supporting profiles and grouting,the multi-layer structure system was formed in the shallow and deep parts,which strengthens the active supporting capacity of the surrounding rock and its own bearing capacity,controls the deformation of the roadway well and solves the vicious cycle of repeated maintenance of high stress soft rock laneway for a long time,and the effect should be significant.
