华北区煤田底板注浆加固技术的发展及展望

摘    要:分析了底板注浆加固技术的发展历史及应用背景,归纳了我国底板注浆加固技术发展的3个阶段,指出该技术体系目前的7个方面的技术成果:制定了是否注浆施工的评判标准、确立了钻孔布设原则、注浆孔施工工艺标准、主要注浆材料及配比、注浆终孔标准、注浆效果检验标准,形成了地面造浆注浆系统。并指出了近期以来影响到该技术的重要的理论和技术:底板突水灾变机理和岩溶发育规律的新认识,地面、井下长定向注浆钻孔、物探技术的新发展,注浆材料绿色化、本土化。提出目前底板注浆加固技术需突破的方面主要在于底板突水机理的研究、定向钻进和物探检验技术、注浆材料的改进。

Abstract:The development history application prospect main experienced stages of floor grouting consolidation were summarized in this article,and seven current technological achievements of this technology were pointed out:he criterion where the technology should be used was set,the principle of how to design drilling poles was established,the standards of grouting poles′ construction technology the main grouting material and the mix proportion grouting end effect test were established,ground grouting station and underground grouting system were popularized and perfected;and the important development recently were pointed out:the new discovery of bottom water disaster mechanism and the Karst development law,the ground underground directional drilling technology′s application,the new development of geophysical exploration,and the localization and greening of grouting material.And proposed the improvement of these technology and knowledge will energetically promote this technology.
