规则齿咬合新旧混凝土界面受剪力学模型与承载力计算

摘    要:不同研究机构在试验结果基础上提出的凿毛新旧混凝土界面的受剪承载力计算公式存在较大差异,由于目前对其剪切滑移受力机理的认识仍不够深入,故以最简单的规则齿咬合凹凸界面为研究对象,在分析界面受力特征和剪切滑移规律基础上,提出了齿剪断、界面钢筋剪断、界面钢筋拉断、齿滑脱4种可能的破坏形态;建立了规则齿咬合接触面力学模型和齿的受力状态方程;根据材料力学剪应力分布规律,定义了齿协同工作系数,推导出规则齿咬合接触界面的受剪承载力表达式。结合水平约束条件下的规则齿咬合新旧混凝土界面剪切试验,引入混凝土剪切强度系数,提出界面受剪承载力计算建议公式。

Abstract:The formulas of shear bearing capacity of the chiseled new-old concrete interface,which were advised by different research institutions and most of them were based on experiments,which were quite different from each other.Up to now,current understanding of the shear-slip mechanism of interface was still insufficient,so few researcher analyzed the bearing capacity based on the mechanism analysis.After the shear slip process and mechanical characteristic on teeth occlusal interface were discussed,it was speculated that four failure modes of teeth-cut,reinforcement-shear cut,reinforcement-pull cut and teeth-slip would happen.The occlusal contact surface model of regular teeth and the force equilibrium equation of the teeth were established.Based on the shear stress distribution of sections in the beam in mechanics of materials,a teeth cooperative work coefficient was defined,and then the calculation formula of shear capacity of the regular teeth interface was derived interface shear tests of the new-old concrete under the condition of horizontal restraint were carried out,and according to the results,the relational expression between shear strength coefficient of concrete and the average compressive stress of concrete was gotten and the practical bearing capacity formula was advised.The model and conclusion of this paper can be the basis for analyzing the mechanism of irregular asperity contact surface.
