摘    要:针对特殊卷簧在工作40万次后发生疲劳破坏的问题,为计算其所受最大转矩及在该最大转矩作用下所受最大应力,基于HyperMesh和ANSYS联合仿真有限元分析方法,对该卷簧的刚度及所受应力情况进行分析计算.根据有限元计算及理论分析结果得出:卷簧在工作过程中簧圈发生接触,接触前刚度随施加转矩呈非线性增长,接触后刚度随施加转矩...

Abstract:For the fatigued damage of a special flat scroll spring after working 400 thousand times, the stiffness and stress of the spring were analyzed and calculated based on HyperMesh and ANSYS co-simulation finite element analysis in order to calculate the maximum torque and the maximum stress under the torque. The results of finite element calculation and theoretical analysis show that during the working process of the spring, the spring coils contact and the stiffness before contact increases nonlinearly with the applied torque. After contact, the stiffness increases linearly with the applied torque. The maximum stress is located on the inner surface of the middle spring coil. The finite element calculation results of the spring provide a reference for the supplement and revision of the industry standard.
