摘    要:为研究不同衬砌缺陷对隧道结构整体安全性的影响,以某实体隧道工程为依托,采用荷载 结构法建立有限元数值模型,分别对衬砌在正常状态、强度不足、厚度不足及背后脱空4种工况下进行数值计算,对比分析了不同衬砌缺陷对结构安全性的影响。结果表明:当隧道衬砌存在强度不足和厚度不足缺陷时,缺陷部位单元的安全系数减小,而其他部位的安全系数基本不变,随着衬砌厚度不足程度的加深,相应缺陷位置的安全系数也随之降低;当衬砌背后脱空面积较大时,衬砌脱空部位与其相邻位置处的剪力和弯矩均发生正负突变,衬砌结构受力与变形模式发生改变,脱空区域安全系数明显减小,但脱空部位相邻区域衬砌结构的安全系数反而增大,其他部位安全系数没有明显变化,与正常状态下基本保持一致。

Abstract:In order to study the influences of different lining defects on overall safety of structure, the finite element numerical model was established by the load structure method based on the entity tunnel project. The numerical calculation was carried out under four conditions, such as normal condition, insufficient strength, insufficient thickness and void behind linings. The influences of different lining defects on structural safety were compared and analyzed. The results show that when the tunnel lining has the defects of insufficient strength and insufficient thickness, the safety factors of the insufficient parts are reduced, while the safety factors of other parts are almost unchanged. The smaller the lining thickness is, the smaller safety factors of the corresponding defect location is. When the void behind linings is large, the shear force and bending moment at the void behind lining and the adjacent position are both positive and negative mutation. So the stress and deformation modes of the lining structure are changed, the safety factors of the void parts are obviously reduced, but the safety factors of the lining structure in the adjacent area increase. The safety factors of the other parts dont change significantly, and are consistent with those of the normal condition.
