缅甸高品位白铅矿试验研究

摘    要:针对缅甸高品位白铅矿进行相关试验研究,确定采用两段粗选一段扫选的浮选流程,。通过磨矿细度,硫化钠和捕收剂的用量,硫化时间,捕收剂种类的探索研究,确定了最佳的药剂制度,在磨矿细度为85%-0.074 mm,硫化钠总用量为1250 g/t,各段硫化时间均为5 min,使用丁基黄药作为捕收剂,总用量为1500g/t,2#油为起泡剂,总用量为100 g/t时,闭路试验得到品位为59.48%,回收率为91.69%的混合铅精矿。

Abstract:The experimental study for the Myanmar- high-grade white lead, test using the flotation method, because a large amount of sodium sulfide was added in one will affect the curing effect, so the conditions of the test using multiple dosing vulcanization, that using two roughing and one scavenging process. Rougher concentrate and scavenging concentrate combined into mixed concentrate. By exploring the grinding fineness, the amount of sodium sulfide and collector , curing time, collector type , determine the best medicament method. In the grinding fineness of 85% (- 0.074mm), the total amount of sodium sulfide 1250 g / t, the curing time is 5 min, use butyl xanthate as a collector, the total amount of 1500 g / t, 2# oil as foaming agent in total amount of 100g / t, closed to give a mixed lead concentrate grade of 59.48%, the recovery was 91.69%.
