基于SA7527的LED照明驱动电源的研制

摘    要:发光二极管(LED)驱动电源对LED照明技术的推广有着重要的意义.现存的多种LED驱动电源不能充分发挥LED的优点,因此提出一种基于sa7527开关电源结构的LED自适应驱动电路.从分析LED的驱动特性出发,利用高密度电源控制芯片sa7527,结合输出光强和LED温度的检测,实现对LED的恒流驱动,过压保护和光衰补偿功能.实际应用表明,该驱动电路满足LED作为照明的实际需要.

Abstract:The implemention of Light Emitting Diode(LED) driver is a key to the application of LED.Although,there are many types LED driver,many of them can not make use of LED's advantages fully.An adaptive LED driver based on switching power supply topology is proposed.First,the LED's characteristics are analyzed;then,the driver is designed accordingly,using the high-density power manager IC sa7527,optical sensor and temperature sensor,which can supply constant current,over-voltage protected and auto-lumen attenuation compensation.The practical application shows that the developed LED driver meets the characteristics of LED.
