| 摘 要： | 糖尿病是一种代谢紊乱疾病,目前还不能彻底治愈,只能通过控制饮食、辅以药物来进行控制。由于糖尿病药物具有一定的副作用,很多研究人员对天然产物中功能因子预防或治疗糖尿病进行了研究。本文综述了近年来有关食品中使用的天然产物功能因子预防或治疗糖尿病的研究,阐述了其作用机理以及提取方法。

| Abstract: | Diabetes mellitus is defined as a metabolic disorder disease,which couldn’t be cured completely at present.The only way we can control this disease is having a severely restricted diet,supplemented with medical treatment.Because the drugs for diabetes have side effect to some extent,many researchers have studied on the effect of functional factors in the natural products to prevent or treat diabetes.This article summarized some researches on natural products used in food to prevent or treat of diabetes in recent years. |
