微油点火技术在燃用贫煤超临界锅炉上的应用

摘    要:应用小油枪微油点火技术点燃低挥发份贫煤技术为近年开发的专利技术。 应用该技术对华能沁北电厂二期工程2 台国产600 MW超临界锅炉下层燃烧器进行微油燃烧器改造,既节约了锅炉燃油,又可替代大油枪的点火及稳燃功能。 介绍了少油直接点火技术原理及设计特点,给出了改造方案,同时说明了实际应用情况和经济效益。

Abstract:The small-oil-gun less oil ignition technology for igniting low-volatile poor coal is a patented technology developed in recent years. The technology has been adopted successfully foe domestic 2×600 MW supercritical boiler in Huaneng Xinbei Power Plant, phase H project, which wtrofitted boiler lower burners with less-oil burners to save oil and replace large oil gun for ignition and stable burning. The paper introduces its technical principles and design features, gives out retrofitting schemes with practice and economical benefits.
