CuCrMoFe系触头材料的初步研究

摘    要:对CuCrMoFe新型真空开关触头材料的显微组织、合金元素分布及断口形貌进行了观察研究。结果表明,CuCrMoFe合金仍为两相合金,以Cu为基体的固溶体相和以Cr为基体的固溶体相。Mo全部分布于Cr中,Fe主要分布于Cr中,少量也分布于Cu中,合金断口形貌为穿晶解理断裂,晶粒较CuCr50的细小,力学性能优于CuCrFe。

Abstract:The microstructure. alloying elements distribution and fracture of CuCrMoFe contacter for vacuum switch have been investigated. The results show that the microstructure of CuCrMoFe contacter consists of two phases, one is Cu solid solution, the other is Cr solid solution. In the structure, alloying element Mo dissolved in Cr base phase only. Alloying element Fe solutes in Cr base phase mainly and a small amount of solutes in Cu base phase. The fracture of CuCrMoFe alloy shows cross-grain fracture behaviour and the grain size is smaller than that of CuCr50 alloy. The physical properties are better than that of CuCrFe alloy.
