摘    要:科学合理的微电网规划设计可以有效降低投资成本,也是确保其运行时发挥优势的基础和先决条件。该文计及规划与运行的耦合特性和能源互联网背景下供需双侧资源协调互动的重要特征,提出了考虑广义需求侧资源的微电网综合规划设计。首先,建立广义需求侧资源数学模型,在此基础上构建微电网综合资源规划的数学优化模型。然后,采用动态自适应粒子群优化算法求解此高维优化问题。最后,由仿真结果和对比分析可知,所提方法可降低系统峰荷,实现微电网规划设计的经济性目标,从而验证了考虑广义需求侧资源的微电网规划设计的优越性和所提算法应用的可行性、有效性,为需求侧资源主动参与微电网规划和运行提供了借鉴。

Abstract:Rational planning and design of microgrid can effectively reduce the cost of investment,and they are the basis and precondition to ensure the microgrid to bring its superiority into full play during the operation.Taking the coupling characteristic of planning and operation as well as the important features of coordination and interaction of resources at supply and demand sides in the context of energy internet into account,the integrated planning and design of microgrid,in which the generalized resources at the demand side were considered,was put forward.Firstly,a mathematical model of generalized demand side resources was established,on this basis,the mathematical optimized model for integrated resource planning of microgrid was constructed.Secondly,the dynamic adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm was utilized to solve the high-dimensional optimization problem.Finally,the simulation results and contrastive analysis show that using the proposed method the peak-load of microgrid can be reduced and the economic objective of the planning and design of microgrid can be implemented,besides,the superiority of microgrid planning and design,in which the generalized demand side resources are considered,as well as both feasibility and effectiveness of applying the proposed algorithm are verified,thus,the proposed method may provide reference for demand side resources to participate the planning and operation of microgrid actively.
