基于自抗扰控制技术开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制研究

摘    要:转矩脉动大小是衡量电机性能的一个重要指标。开关磁阻电机的双凸极结构使得其转矩脉动较为突出,为了有效抑制转矩脉动,在直接转矩控制的基础上,引入自抗扰控制技术,实时估计转矩扰动,并加以前馈补偿,得到精准的转矩参考值。分析表明,基于自抗扰控制技术的转矩控制技术从一定程度上降低了开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,动态性能得到了较大的提高。

Abstract:Torque ripple is an important index of measur ing the performance of motor. The doubly salient structure of SRM makes its torque ripple more prominent. In order to suppress the torque ripple effectively, based on the direct torque control, the auto disturba nce rejection control technology is introduced to estimate the torque disturbance in real time, and feedforward compensation is applied to obtain the accurate torque reference value. The analysis shows that the torque control technology based on ADRC technology reduces the torque ripple of SRM to a certain extent, and improves the dynamic performance greatly
