摘    要:针对AFA3G燃料组件压紧板弹簧的特点,设计了一种压紧板弹簧辐照松弛试验装置,并通过了一系列模拟试验验证试验装置的可靠性,最终选取4组经过不同循环出堆的AFA3G燃料组件,使用该装置对其压紧板弹簧进行全行程任意位置的压紧力与形变精确测量。试验结果表明,压紧板弹簧辐照松弛试验装置重复精度为0.49%,综合精度为1.7%,满足松弛试验要求。

Abstract:A relaxation test device for the hold-down leaf spring was designed considering the characteristics of the hold-down leaf spring for AFA3G fuel assembly. The reliability of the device is verified by a series of simulation tests. Finally, four groups of different recycled AFA3G fuel assemblies were selected, and the compression force and the deformation of the four compressed plate springs were accurately measured at any position in the whole stroke, using this relaxation test device. The results showed that the repetitive accuracy and the comprehensive accuracy of the device was 0.49% and 1.7%,satisfying the requirement of relaxation test.
