| 摘 要： | 载脂蛋白J（Apo J）是人血浆中的一种多功能糖蛋白,主要存在于人血浆高密度脂蛋白（HDL）和极高密度脂蛋白（VHDL）中.生物功能复杂,包括促进脂质代谢、调节动脉粥样硬化、调节补体系统及抗细胞凋亡等.Apo考J在多种神经系统疾病中均有高表达,如脑血管病、阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、神经肿瘤及多发性硬化等,且Apo J在这些病理过程中主要发挥神经元保护性作用.

| Abstract: | Apolipoprotein J （Apo J） is a muhifunctional glycoprotein and mainly exists in highdensity lipoprotein and very-high-density lipoprotein in human plasma. Various physiological functions have been suggested for Apo J,including promoting lipid metabolism, regulating atherosclerosis, regulating complement system, anti-apoptosis, etc. Apo J expresses highly in many neurological diseases, such as cerebrovascular disease, Alzheimer＇ s disease, Parkinson＇ s disease, neural tumor,multiple sclerosis, etc. Furthermore,Apo J plays a protective role in these pathological processes. |
