福兴煤矿急倾斜厚煤层软岩巷道支护技术研究

摘    要:为解决急倾斜厚煤层软岩支护难题,以福兴煤矿3710工作面巷道为工程背景,通过调研分析、理论计算、数值模拟,提出一次支护、采用高性能护表材料和薄弱地段采用积极主动加强支护原则。通过采用“高强锚杆+高预紧力锚索+金属网+W钢带”做基本支护,特殊地点做加强支护,数值模拟和现场监测表明,该支护方案有效控制了巷道顶板及两帮变形,支护一次到位。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of soft rock support in steeply inclined thick coal seam,the roadway of 3710 working face in Fuxing Coal Mine was taken as the engineering background.Through investigation and analysis,theoretical calculation and numerical simulation,a support,high performance watch material and weak terrain were adopted.Actively strengthen the principle of support.Through the use of high strength anchor + high pre tightening anchor cable + metal mesh + W steel strip for basic support,special locations to strengthen support,numerical simulation and on site monitoring show that the support scheme effectively controls the roof of the roadway and Two sets of deformation,support once in place.
