一种防爆负载敏感比例多路换向阀组的设计与仿真研究

摘    要:采用静态理论分析、结构优化设计、动态模拟仿真相结合的方式,设计一种防爆负载敏感比例多路换向阀组。根据防爆负载敏感比例多路阀及负载敏感系统的液压原理,提出防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的设计要求,并设计两联防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的液压原理图;采用静态理论分析对该阀组进行压流特性研究,提供理论支持;防爆负载敏感比例两联多路阀组采用板式阀、插装阀相结合的方式进行结构优化布局,完成防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的结构设计;基于AMESim建立防爆负载敏感系统的仿真模型并进行动态仿真,验证阀组的流量比例特性和压流特性。结果显示,新型防爆负载敏感多路换向阀组的流量比例特性和压流特性均符合负载敏感比例多路阀的设计要求。

Abstract:By means of static theory analysis, structure optimization design and dynamic simulation simulation, a explosion-proof load sensitive ratio multi-way valve is designed.According to the hydraulic principle of the Explosion-proof load sensitive ratio multi-way valve and load sensitive system,the design requirements of the explosion-proof load sensitive radio multi-way switch valve group are put forward, and the hydraulic schematic diagram of the two-link explosion-proof group is designed. The static theory analysis was used to study the flow characteristics of the valve group;Explosion-proof load sensitive ratio two-way multi-valve group adopts the combination of plate valve and plug valve to optimize the structure layout,complete the structure design of the explosion-proof load sensitive multi-directional valve group; Based on AMESim,the simulation model of the explosion-proof load sensitive ratio multi-way valve is established and dynamic simulation is carried out. The results show that the flow ratio characteristics and pressure flow characteristics of the new type explosion-proof load sensitive multi-directional valve group meet the design requirements of load sensitive multi-way valve.
