碳酸钙晶须的除杂工艺研究

摘    要:以氯化铵为除杂剂,针对碳酸钙晶须中镁杂质进行除杂研究,考察了工艺条件对除杂效果的影响。采用化学分析和X射线衍射分析(XRD)对除杂前后样品进行分析,得出最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在氯化铵浓度为3 mol/L,除杂温度为100 ℃,反应时间为6 h的条件下,样品中镁方解石的去除率达62.5%,碳酸钙晶须纯度达97%。利用扫描电镜对产品进行表征,结果显示碳酸钙晶须表面附着的杂质颗粒明显减少。

Research on purifying of calcium carbonate whiskers

Abstract:Ammonium chloride was employed as removal agent to dispose of magnesium impurity in calcium carbonate whiskers.The influences of different conditions on removal efficiency were investigated.The purified and unpurified samples were analyzed by chemical analysis method and X-ray diffraction,and then the optimum parameters were obtained as follows: the concentration of ammonium chloride was 3 mol/L,the reaction temperature was 100 ℃,and the reaction time was 6 h.Under the optimal conditions,the removal ratio of impurity magnesium calcite achieved to 62.5% and the purity of calcium carbonate whisker was up to 97%.Furthermore,the product was also characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope which showed numerous impurity particles disappeared on the surface of calcium carbonate whiskers.
