摘 要: | 为了解决当前薄煤层自动化、智能化开采程度低的问题,文章以“成套液压支架集中远程自动化控制+人工干预”为思路,提出了一种基于双CAN总线的薄煤层液压支架电液控制系统,通过分析薄煤层采煤工艺和自动化、智能化开采的关键技术指标,搭建系统的整体架构,设计了系统的硬件结构和通信方案,通过实验验证了液压支架邻架控制和远程控制通讯功能,证明了系统具有较高的实时性和稳定性。

Research on Electro-hydraulic Control System of Thin Coal Seam Hydraulic Support Based on Double CAN Bus |

Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of low automation and intelligent mining of thin coal seams, this paper proposes a thin coal seam hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system based on dual CAN bus with the idea of “concentrated remote automation control + manual intervention”. By analyzing the coal mining technology of thin coal seam and the key technical indicators of automation and intelligent mining, the overall structure of the system is constructed, and the hardware structure and communication scheme of the system are designed. The function of adjacent bracket control and remote control communication of hydraulic support is verified by experiments. The system has high real-time and stability. |
