锚固系统应力传递影响因素正交优化试验研究

摘    要:为研究锚固系统应力传递规律的影响因素,基于正交试验研究方法,采用数值模拟软件FLAC对不同钻孔直径、锚杆直径、锚杆材质和间排距条件下的锚固剂和钻孔围岩界面的剪力进行了数值模拟计算,并对试验结果进行了极差分析。结果表明:锚固系统应力传递的影响因素排序由大到小依次为锚固长度、锚杆间距、钻孔直径、锚杆直径和锚杆材质。为提高锚固效果,锚杆直径与钻孔直径要合理匹配,锚固长度和锚杆间距也要合理匹配。经过现场实践,验证了锚杆支护设计方案的可行性。

Abstract:In order to study the influencing factors of the stress transfer law of the anchorage system,based on the orthogonal experimental research method,the numerical simulation software FLAC was used to calculate the shear force of the interface between the anchorage agent and the surrounding rock of the borehole under the conditions of different borehole diameter,anchor diameter,anchor material and spacing,and the range analysis of the test results was carried out.The results show that the order of influencing factors of stress transfer in anchorage system from large to small is anchoring length,anchor spacing,drilling diameter,anchor diameter and anchor material.In order to improve the anchoring effect,the diameter of anchor rod and the diameter of drilling hole should be reasonably matched,and the length and spacing of anchor rod should also be reasonably matched.Through field practice,the feasibility of bolt support design scheme is verified.
