巷道支护设计方法研究

摘    要:为了确保矿井巷道的安全支护,采用现场锚杆拉拔试验,分析了原有巷道的支护的物理力学参数以及顶底板岩石完整性程度,得到了前期断面中支护锚杆的极限剪切抗剪强度和锚杆荷载传递规律等锚杆设计参数,依据现场锚杆拉拔试验结果,对原有巷道支护参数设计进行了优化,结合现场监测的反馈信息,得出优化后的巷道可以满足支护要求。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe support of mine roadway,the physical and mechanical parameters of the original roadway support and the rock integrity of roof and floor are analyzed by field anchor pull-out test,the bolt design parameters such as the ultimate shear strength of the supporting bolt in the pre-section and the law of load transfer of the bolt are obtained,according to the test results of anchor rod drawing,the original roadway support parameter design is optimized,and the feedback information of the field monitoring is combined to obtain that the optimized roadway can meet the support requirements.
