基于形态学滤波器的谐波电流抑制方法

摘    要:针对由电动汽车驱动系统中异步电机谐波电流引起的转矩脉动问题,本文提出一种基于形态学滤波器谐波电流抑制方法。首先对电机产生谐波电流进行分析,然后对电流控制器以及形态学滤波器进行设计,并分析滤波器不同参数设计对信号处理的影响,以及对该滤波器结构元素进行优化。基于此,提出形态学滤波器谐波电流抑制方法。最后,通过在异步电机驱动系统中,与无滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器抑制方法进行不同转速的比较验证结果表明本文所提谐波电流抑制方法可以有效提高谐波电流抑制性能。

Abstract:In view of the torque ripple caused by the harmonic current of induction motor in the drive system of electric vehicle.In this paper,a method of harmonic current suppression for induction motor from morphological filter was proposed.Firstly,the phenomenon of harmonic current produced by motor was analyzed.Then the current controller and morphological filter were designed,The influence of different parameter design of the filter on signal processing was analyzed,and optimize the structure elements of the filters.Based on this,a morphological filter harmonic current control method for induction motor was proposed.Finally,in the IM drive system,compared with the methods without filter and Butterworth filter to verify the different speed.The results show that the harmonic current control method based on morphological filter can effectively improve the harmonic current suppression performance.
