基于响应面法的电动汽车用非晶合金永磁同步电机优化设计

摘    要:为提升电动汽车用永磁同步电机效率,提出采用高磁导率、低损耗非晶合金定子铁心代替传统硅钢定子。首先,基于有限元法分析直接替换现有硅钢定子的永磁同步电机转矩性能不达标,其次,在外形尺寸、槽面积不变及转矩性能不降低的前提下,以效率为优化目标,以定子齿宽以及永磁体宽度为优化变量,采用响应面法对非晶合金定子永磁同步电机进行优化设计。最后通过优化前后效率及转矩对比,说明了非晶合金电机在效率提升方面的优越性。

Abstract:The high permeability and low loss amorphous alloy stator cores to replace traditional silicon steel stator is used to improve the efficiency of permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) for electric vehicles. First, the torque performance of the PMSM that directly replaces the existing silicon steel stator does not meet the requirements based on the finite element method. Secondly, under the premise of keeping the torque performance not degraded and the motor form factor and slot area remain the same, the efficiency as the optimization target, the stator tooth width and permanent magnet width as the optimization variable, the response surface method is used to optimize the PMSM of the amorphous stator. Finally, by optimizing the efficiency and torque comparison before and after, it illustrates the superiority of amorphous alloy motor in terms of efficiency improvement..
