装载机负载敏感液压系统优化设计及仿真分析

摘    要:装载机负载敏感液压系统通过压力补偿作用来维持多路阀前后压差的恒定,补偿压差的存在会造成一定的能量损失,降低系统效率和元件的使用性能及寿命。鉴于此,设计提出了增加节能控制阀来降低多路阀补偿压差的节能负载敏感液压系统,利用AMESim仿真软件建立仿真模型并进行分析研究。结果表明,在相同的工况下,改进后的负载敏感系统能够降低工作时多路阀的能量损耗,提高系统及元件的性能及使用寿命。

Abstract:In the load-sensing hydraulic system of the loader,the pressure difference between the front and back of the multi-way valve is maintained by the pressure compensation of the pressure compensation valve.The existence of the compensation pressure difference will cause a certain amount of energy loss,which reduces the system efficiency and the service performance and life of the components.In view of this,an energy saving load sensing hydraulic system which adds energy saving control valve is proposed to reduce the compensation pressure difference.The simulation model is established by using AMESim simulation software and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that under the same working conditions,the improved load sensing system can reduce the energy loss of the pressure compensation valve,and improve the performance and service life of the system and components.
