碳化硅颗粒增强2124Al复合材料特性研究

摘    要:本文对粉末冶金法制备的SiCp/2124Al复合材料进行了不同温度的拉伸试验和物理性能测试,对并其时效析出特性和磨损性能进行了研究。结果表明,这种复合材料不仅具有高的室温强度、模量和低的热膨胀系数,而且表现出良好的高、低温性能和抗磨损性能。SiC颗粒加入铝合金显著加速了其时效析出过程。

Abstract:Tensile tests at various temperatures and physical properties measurement for SiCp/2124A1 composite were carried out,the aging reponse and abrasive wear properties were investigated. The results indicate that the composite exhibits high ambient temperature strength,modulus and low CTE. Moreover, the composite also displays excellent elevated temperature and cryogenic properties, and abrasive wear resistance. The aging response of the composite is evidently accelerated due to addition of SiC particulate.
