摘 要: | 缸体是高压轴向柱塞泵的重要部件。用烧结扩散焊接工艺制取的粉末冶金双金属缸体,是以45号钢作为缸体基体,在柱塞孔侧壁和配油面,烧结一层减摩性好的铜铅材料而成的一种复合结构制品。本文简述了缸体减摩材料的机械、物理性能,列出了两轮台架试验的主要结果。试验表明:型式试验结束后泵的容积效率为ηv=92.35%,高于部颁标准要求(ηv=88%),且减摩层磨损量极微。粉末冶金双全属缸体与QAL9-4青铜整体结构缸体和浇铸双金属缸体比较,可大幅度节约铜合金材料。根据试验测算,一个63CY14-1B泵缸体,可节约铜合金约8kg。

Bimetallic Cyinder of high Pressure Axial Plunger Pump made by Sintering-diffusion Welding |

Abstract: | A P/M bimetal cylinder is developed by means of sintering welding. The cylinder base metal is 45 carbon steel. On cylinder's plunger hole surface and oil distribution face, a layer of copper-lead alloy which has excellent performance in antifriction is sintered, In this paper, the mechanical and physical properties of antifriction material were simply discribed. The main results of two platform tests were presented. It has been shown that the determined volume efficiency of cylinder was ηv 92.35% which was higher than that ηv=88% of Standard of Mechanism Section and the amount of wear of antifriction layer was tiny. The p/M composite material cylinder has more obviously technological and economical results as compared with the cylinder made of iron-aluminum bronze (QAL 9-4) and composite metal cylinder by casting. |
