摘    要:为了研究树脂共混改性对连续炭纤维增强高性能热塑性树脂基复合材料性能及破坏模式的影响,以二氮杂萘联苯结构聚醚砜酮(PPESK)及其共混树脂为基体,T700 炭纤维为增强纤维,通过溶液预浸,热压成型工艺制备单向复合材料。通过对共混树脂溶液黏度测试,复合材料样条三点弯曲、层间剪切和孔隙率试验,并借助SEM断面形貌分析,研究了聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)和聚醚砜(PES)的加入对PPESK复合材料力学性能以及受力破坏模式的影响。结果表明,PEI或PES的加入使复合材料的力学性能提高,孔隙率降低,复合材料受力破坏模式由脱粘破坏向树脂基体内部破坏转变。

Abstract:Poly(phthalazinone ether sulfone ketone) ( PPESK) is a novel high performance thermoplastic materialwith out standing high temperature resistance and excellent mechanical properties , and therefore it is a very ideal candidate mat rix for advanced composites. However , it s high melting viscosity of PPESK makes it difficult to melt-ingly process. In this paper , two well 2 known high performance thermoplastics , polyetherimide ( PEI) and poly-ethersulfone ( PES) were int roduced to PPESK in order to reduce the melting viscosity of PPESK and improve the properties of composites. The effect of addition of PEI and PES on the resultant composites was studied. A series of unidirectional composites were made with PPESK and it s PEI and PES blends as mat rix and continuous carbon fiber ( T700) as reinforcement . The solution prepregging method and hot2press molding method were used in preparation of the composites. The viscosities of polymer blends solutions were tested. The effect s of the polymer blends mat rix on the mechanical properties and f racture mode were studied by three points bending , interlaminar shearing , porosity and SEM test . The result s show that the mechanical properties increase and the porosity decreases af ter blending PEI or PES in mat rix. Addition of PEI and PES to PPESK result s in an obvious t ransition of f racture mode.
