水玻璃发泡保温材料的制备

摘    要:以钠水玻璃为主要原料,制备得到具有良好隔热效果的无机轻质发泡保温材料。利用TG-DSC确定加热温度,扫描电镜表征材料的微孔结构。研究了粉煤灰、氯化铝及有机硅对材料性能的影响,通过添加粉煤灰和氯化铝提高材料的抗压强度,加入憎水剂提高材料的憎水性。实验表明:水玻璃中添加12%(质量分数)的粉煤灰,4.5%(质量分数)的氯化铝和0.8%(质量分数)的有机硅,加热温度为250 ℃,制备出的保温材料抗压强度为0.81 MPa,接触角为159°,材料在100 ℃下保温10 h的收缩率为1.91%。

Abstract:The inorganic lightweight foam materials with excellent thermal insulation were prepared using sodium silicate as main raw materials.The heating temperature was determined by TG-DSC.The microporous structure of foaming material was characterized by scanning electron microscope.The influence of fly ash,aluminum chloride,and silicone on the properties of the material was studied.Compressive strength was improved by the addition of the fly ash and aluminum chloride.The hydro-phobicity was enhanced by adding silicone.The lightweight sodium silicate foam insulator with additive of 12%(mass fraction,same below) fly ash,4.5% aluminum chloride,and 0.8% silicone was prepared by controlling the heating temperature at 250 ℃. The prepared inorganic lightweight foam materials showed enhanced compressive strength of 0.81 MPa,better hydrophobicity with contact angle of 159°,and lower shrinkage percentage of 1.91% at 100 ℃ for 10 h.
