| 摘 要： | 加强建筑业企业的诚信建设是关系到我国建筑业健康发展的一项重要战略任务，而对其诚信评价的研究是此项任务的基础工作。为了客观评价建筑业企业诚信，严格界定了建筑业企业诚信的内涵，并构建了建筑业企业诚信评价概念模型，通过问卷调查，对问卷进行信度检验及效度检验，确立其评价的关键指标，最终应用结构方程模型构建出建筑业企业诚信评价指标体系模型。

| Abstract: | Credibility of construction firms is important for the healthy development of construction industry. Credibility evaluation is the basic work. To evaluate the credibility of construction firms objectively，this essay definites construction firms’ credibility and builds a evaluation model of construction firms’ credibility. Through a survey on the credibility of construction firms and determines the key evaluation indicators. And at last establishes an evaluation model of construction firms based on. the structural equation model. |
