| 摘 要： | 为了降低煤矿设备维修成本，缩短设备维修周期，实现废旧销轴回收利用，通过探究销轴修旧利废工艺，结合实际使用情况，针对不同类型、不同用途的销轴，采取表面清理、车削、再电镀、改造等工艺，将一些体积大、工艺复杂、生产成本较高的旧销轴修旧如新，再次投入使用，在煤矿设备维修过程中，避免造成不必要的材料浪费，进而促进企业可持续发展。研究表明:煤矿设备对于销轴的精密度、材料质地、加工处理工艺等技术要求不高，绝大部分经过修复或改造过后的销轴，都能够满足相应的使用技术要求，经得起实践的检验。同时，销轴在煤矿设备中使用广泛，推广实施销轴修复工艺，为企业节省了巨大的材料费，节能环保，降本增效成果显著。

| Abstract: | In order to reduce the maintenance cost of coal mine equipment，shorten the maintenance period of equipment，and realize the recycling and utilization of waste pin shafts，the old pin shafts with large volume，complex technology and high production cost are repaired as new by exploring the process of repairing old pin shafts and making good use of them，combining with the actual use situation，adopting surface cleaning，turning，re-electroplating and transformation processes for different types and different uses of pins.Re-put into use，in the process of maintenance of coal mine equipment，to avoid unnecessary waste of materials，thereby promoting the sustainable development of enterprises.The research showed that the technical requirements for pin precision，material quality and processing technology of coal mine equipment were not high.Most of the pins after repair or modification can meet the corresponding technical requirements and withstand the test of practice.At the same time，pin shaft was widely used in coal mine equipment.Promoting and implementing pin shaft repair technology saves enormous material costs for enterprises，to save energy and environmental protection，and achieved remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency increase. |
