大采高综采工作面矿压显现规律数值模拟研究

摘    要:大采高工作面矿压显现特点是设备选型的重要依据。以三元煤矿2301大采高综采工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法,研究了2301大采高综采工作面顶板运移规律及矿压显现特点。理论计算和数值模拟表明,大采高综采工作面基本顶破断时可形成明显的砌体梁结构;上覆岩层中6 m厚的砂岩对其他岩层的运动起主导作用,为工作面关键层。研究也得到了工作面超前支承压力影响的范围及峰值点位置。研究结果对于三元煤矿大采高综采工作面的安全高效生产具有较高的理论意义和实践价值。

Abstract:The characteristic of mineral pressure on large mining high face is an important basis for setting up an alternative type.Based on the engineering background of the 2301 high mining work face of Sanyuan Coal Mine,the article studied the top plate migration law and the characteristics of the pressure display of the 2301 high mining work face by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Theoretical calculation and numerical simulation show that the masonry beam structure can be formed when the top of the high mining face is basically broken,the 6 m thick sandstone in the overburden rock layer plays a leading role in the movement of other rock formations and is a key layer of the work surface.The range and peak point position of the influence of forward support pressure on the working face were also studied.The results are of high theoretical significance and practical value for the safe and efficient production of large-scale high comprehensive mining face in Sanyuan Coal Mine.
