基于地应力的巷道支护参数设计研究

摘    要:围岩强度与地应力的关系是导致巷道破坏的重要影响因素。分析了锚杆支护与围岩应力的关系、预应力锚杆与围岩变形的关系,然后数值模拟分析了不同支护条件下围岩破坏情况和应力分布情况。数值模拟得出,构造应力场下,顶板在锚杆锚索联合支护下,巷道变形量很小,巷道支护效果良好,顶板离层现象基本消失。以某矿为例,对巷道进行地应力测试以及巷道支护设计,通过锚网喷联合支护,特别是对顶板进行加固,支护取到了良好的效果。

Abstract:The relationship between surrounding rock strength and ground stress is an important factor influencing roadway damage.This paper theoretically analyzes the relationship between bolt support and surrounding rock stress,the relationship between prestressed anchor and surrounding rock deformation,and then numerically simulates the damage and stress distribution of surrounding rock under different supporting conditions.The numerical simulation shows that under the tectonic stress field,the roof under the joint support of anchor anchor cables,the deformation of the roadway is small,the roadway support effect is good,and the roof separation phenomenon is basically disappeared.Taking a mine as an example,the ground stress test and the roadway support design are carried out,through the joint support of anchor network spraying,especially the reinforcement of the top plate,the support has achieved good results.
