综放工作面钻孔断顶沿空留巷技术应用研究

摘    要:为解决煤与瓦斯突出矿井巷道掘进工程量大、采掘接替困难的问题,对工作面煤岩力学参数进行实验室测试。工作面煤层直接顶强度小、厚度大,采用钻孔断顶沿空留巷技术对切顶留巷支护技术参数进行设计,留巷在原支护的基础上将顶板锚索布置改为3排矩形布置,并在巷道上帮搭设柱腿防止窜矸。经数值模拟及现场观测可知,巷道的顶板平均下沉量为90 mm,锚网索+巷旁支护的措施可以控制留巷的围岩变形,满足留巷需要。

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of large amount of roadway excavation and difficult excavation replacement in coal and gas outburst mines,the mechanical parameters of coal and rock in working face were tested in laboratory.The direct roof of coal seam in working face has small strength and large thickness,the technology of retaining roadway along goaf with broken roof by drilling is used to design the technical parameters of retaining roadway with cut roof,on the basis of the original support,the arrangement of roof anchor cables is changed to three rows of rectangular arrangement,and the pillar legs are set up on the roadway to prevent the use of liquor.The numerical simulation and field observation show that the average roof subsidence of the roadway is 90 mm,the measures of anchor net cable and roadside support can control the surrounding rock deformation of the retained roadway and meet the needs of the retained roadway.
