摘    要:H13热作模具在使用过程中发生提前失效,在其工作面发现裂纹。利用金相显微镜(OM)、洛氏硬度计(RHT)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与能谱仪(EDS),分析对比试样的金相组织、基体硬度、微区元素分布情况等。结果表明:H13热作模具钢由于疲劳断裂导致失效,断裂原因为基体组织不均匀、非金属夹杂物与有害杂质元素较多。提高钢的冶金质量、改善热处理工艺、严格控制非金属夹杂物与有害元素含量,可保证模具钢拥有良好的疲劳强度和较长的使用寿命。

Abstract:Early failure occurred to a H13 hot working mould during service, and a failure crack was found on its working face. Metallographic microscopy (OM), Rockwell hardness testing (RHT), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) were used to analyze and compare the microstructure, matrix hardness and microelement distribution of the samples. By analyzing the experimental results, the conclusion can be drawn: the early failure of the H13 mould is fatigue fracture. The fracture was caused by uneven matrix microstructure, non-metallic inclusions and many harmful impurity elements. It is suggested to improve the metallurgical quality of the steel, improve the heat treatment process and strictly control the content of non-metallic inclusions and harmful elements to guarantee the high fatigue strength and long service life of the mould steel.
