乳化剂对甲醇乳化柴油稳定性的影响

摘    要:从表面张力和内外相密度差两方面来考察乳化剂对乳液稳定性的影响。实验结果表明:以Span80为原料的乳化剂,最低表面张力时的HLB值为7~8,乳液的破乳时间为12~26 h,而当乳液内外相密度相等时,其破乳时间为4 h~11 d;以油酸为原料的乳化剂,最低表面张力时的HLB值为3~6,此时破乳时间为2~24 h,而当乳液内外相密度相等时,其破乳时间为3 h~4 d。

Abstract:The effect of emulsifiers on the stability of methanol diesel emulsion fuel was studied. The results showed that for the span80 emulsifiers,the HLB value of the emulsifier was 7-8 at minimum surface tension,and demulsification time was 12-26 h,but when the densities of outer and inner phases of the emulsion were equal,demulsification time was 4 h-11 d. For the oleic acid emulsifiers,the HLB value of the emulsifier was 3-6 at minimum surface tension,and demulsification time was 2-24 h,but when the densities of outer and inner phases were equal,demulsification time was 3 h-4 d.
