云南某低品位重晶石矿的浮选试验研究

摘    要:对云南某地重晶石矿进行了化学组成研究和工艺矿物学研究,结果表明该矿石中有价矿物重晶石具有低品位、细粒嵌布的特征。在此基础上,对该矿石进行了重选预先抛尾试验、浮选条件试验及流程结构试验,结果表明重选抛尾不适合此矿石的预先抛废,浮选是实现有价矿物有效回收的较佳手段。浮选条件试验和流程结构试验表明,以水玻璃作为抑制剂,油酸钠作为捕收剂,采用一次粗选(分段加药),二次精选(第二次精选开路)的闭路工艺流程,在原矿重晶石品位为60.57%的条件下,可以获得精矿品位97.31%,回收率84.36%的化工级重晶石精矿以及品位91.52%,回收率为10.32%的加重剂级重晶石精矿,使重晶石得到高效回收。

Abstract:Research on concentration of a barite ore was conducted according to the properties of the ore from Yunnan province. The gravity preconcentration and flotation experiments were carried out. The result showed that direct flotation was the better way to concentrate the valuable mineral while the gravity preconcentration was proven to be invalid. The reagent used in the flotation was water glass as depressant and sodium oleate as collector respectively. In the closed circuit, one-stage rougher (stage agent addition), two-stage cleanings (the second is open) operations were employed. The flotation experiments result showed that the concentrate in the chemical level assayed 97.31% BaSO4 with 84.36% recovery, and another concentrate used as weighting agent assayed 91.52% BaSO4 level with 10.32% recovery could be obtained.
