摘    要:随着矿产资源的深度开发利用,资源的贫化程度和利用难度不断增加。为提高复杂矿产资源的利用率,深化选矿技术成为重要的途径之一,而预处理技术则成为其中尤为突出的重要环节。本文较系统地介绍了浮选过程中典型的预处理技术,主要包括:磨矿预处理、超声波预处理、微波预处理、激光预处理、磁化预处理、电化学预处理、加压预处理、加热预处理和微生物预处理等。简述了各技术的原理与技术重点,并介绍了这些技术在国内外的研究状况,以期促进浮选预处理技术的进一步发展,对提高矿产资源的分选效率和综合利用率有所裨益。

Abstract:With the highly exploitation and utilization of mineral resources, the degree of the mineral is becoming lower and it become more difficult to separate the useful mineral from the gangue. Ore dressing in depth has become one of the most important ways to enhance utilization rate of complex ore resources, and pretreatment technology is becoming particularly important. The researches on pretreatment skills of flotation were reviewed. The primary methods of pretreatments are grind, ultrasound, microwave, laser, magnetization, magnetization, electricity, compression, thermal and microbe. The research status at home and abroad, the principle and the key points of each technique are described respectively. The targets of the paper are to promote further development of pretreatment skills, to improve the efficiency and the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources.
