磁悬浮轴承发展及其研究综述

摘    要:磁悬浮轴承是一种通过电磁力使得定转子间无摩擦的新型轴承,具有无摩擦、无油污、噪声小和使用寿命长等优点,因此受到国内外学者广泛的研究。本文首先介绍了磁悬浮轴承主要分类;然后对国内外的现有技术及已有成果进行了简要综述;接着从磁轴承的参数设计与优化、驱动技术、控制技术、转子位移检测技术等四个方面进行了介绍;最后对磁轴承未来的发展趋势进行了展望和总结。

Abstract:The magnetic bearing is a new type of bearing without friction between the stator and rotor through electromagnetic force. It has the advantages of no friction, no oil pollution, low noise, long service life, etc. In the paper, the main classification of magnetic bearings is firstly introduce. Secondly the existing technology and achievements are briefly summarized at home and abroad. Thirdly the parameter design and optimization of magnetic bearing, driving technology, control technology, rotor displacement detection technology are introduced. Finally, the future development trend of magnetic bearing is prospected and summarized.
