煤矿老空区定向探查钻孔的施工应用

摘    要:定向钻进技术已成为煤矿井下探放水及地质探查的主要技术途径之一。以石拉乌素煤矿、张双楼煤矿、双龙煤矿老空区定向探查钻孔施工为例,分析了老空区定向探查钻孔施工工艺流程。针对不同情况的老空区,分析了对钻孔轨迹控制精度的要求及影响因素、准确选择磁偏角的重要性,总结了定向钻具的安全施工措施及经验。结果表明,定向钻孔可进行长距离精准超前探查,能够满足探查老空区的需求。研究为煤矿安全开采提供了可靠的技术保障。

Abstract:Directional boreholes technology is one of the main methods to detect and drain goaf water and geological survey of coal mine.Taking the construction of directional boreholes in Shilawusu Coal Mine,Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine and Shuanglong Coal Mine as examples,the paper introduced the construction process of directional exploration boreholes in the goaf.
According to different conditions of goaf,the requirements and influencing factors of boreholes trajectory control accuracy were analyzed,and the importance of accurate selection of magnetic declination was pointed out.The safety construction measures and experience of directional boreholes tools were aslo summarized.The results showed that directional boreholes can carry out long-distance accurate advance exploration,and can meet the needs of exploring the goaf.The research provides reliable technical support for coal mine safety mining.
