囊袋式“两堵一注”带压注浆封孔工艺关键参数技术研究

摘    要:针对杨河煤业顺层钻孔存在封孔质量差、抽采浓度低和有效抽采时间短等难题,通过理论分析和现场试验,确定了杨河煤业囊袋式“两堵一注”带压封孔工艺技术参数,验证了囊袋式“两堵一注”带压注浆封孔技术在杨河煤业的适用性。试验表明,在考察时间内,试验组平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高了4.5%~13.5%,效果显著,同时减少了钻孔漏气,为下一步瓦斯抽采提供了可靠的技术支撑。

Abstract:In view of the problems of poor hole sealing quality,low extraction concentration and short effective extraction time existing in the bedding drilling of Yanghe Coal Industry,through theoretical analysis and field test,the technical parameters of two blocks and one injection with pressure hole sealing of bag bag in Yanghe Coal Industry were determined,and the applicability of two blocks and one injection with pressure hole sealing technology in Yanghe Coal Industry was verified.The test showed that the average gas drainage concentration of the test group has been increased by more than 4.5%~13.5% in the investigation period,with remarkable effect.At the same time,the gas leakage in the borehole has been reduced,providing reliable technical support for the next gas drainage.
