摘    要:井下掘进、回采过程中受赋存条件影响,往往遇到的破碎顶板.进行顶板破碎条件下的超前下的支护及回采支护具有很强的实践性.支护作为回采的基础,经实践研究发现,顶板破碎情况下,巷道开挖前将超前锚杆支护在巷道顶板前方岩体内,有效地把破碎及不稳定区域顶板与岩体组合起来,并形成临时完整顶板,提高顶板的承载力,进而减少随掘随落现象...

Abstract:The broken roof is often encountered in the process of underground excavation and mining due to the influence of occurrence conditions.It is very practical to carry out advanced supporting and mining supporting under the condition of roof crushing.Supporting is the basis of mining,through practical research,and it is found that in the case of broken roof,the advance bolt is supported in the rock mass in front of the roadway roof before roadway excavation,which effectively combines the roof and rock mass in the broken and unstable area,forming a temporary complete roof,improving the bearing capacity of the roof,and then reducing the phenomenon of falling with excavation,to achieve purpose of improving tunneling efficiency.At the same time,the secondary support in the later stage can improve the effectiveness of permanent support,to ensure the integrity of roof and to ensure the production safety of underground coal mine.
