Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem of power supply reliability of mine main fan,the residual voltage transition process of substation bus system under power loss load was studied.On the basis of the principle of the relationship between the switching of double circuit power supply and the automatic switching of standby power supply,the main controller and the control software technology of double power supply fast switching were designed with the structure of double CPU + CPLD.The fast switching device of high voltage distribution network of main fan was designed and applied to production.It solved the technical problem of the instability of the power supply quality of the main fan to the power grid,and eliminated the potential safety risk of large-scale power outage and wind shutdown.Industrial test showed that the system can realize automatic power switching,simplify the operation process,and has practical significance to improve the safety of the main fan and to reduce the labor intensity of maintenance personnel.
