摘    要:以实现变配电所综合自动化管理、运行状态实时保护等功能一体化为出发点,设计基于微机保护的变配电所综合自动化方法。依据微机保护装置原理,研究该装置内各个模块的作用,以电压以及A/D中断保护为例,分析装置的保护流程,将全波傅氏算法作为基于微机保护算法,处理转换后的电流的数字量,区分和过滤直流分量和整次谐波分量,并结合保护逻辑判据,实现配变电的实时保护。测试结果表明,该方法能够有效控制衰减常数变化的影响,在较小误差下完成稳定计算,并且具备较高的灵敏度,在过流超过标准电流范围0.64 A时启动保护装置,可保障保护动作的实时性。

Abstract:Taking the realization of integrated automation management of substations and real-time protection of operating status as the starting point,a comprehensive automation method for substations based on microcomputer protection was designed.Based on the principle of the microcomputer protection device,the function of each module in the device was studied.Taking voltage and A/D interrupt protection as examples,the protection process of the device was analyzed,the full wave Fourier algorithm was used as a microcomputer based protection algorithm to process the digital quantity of the converted current,distinguish and filter the DC component and the whole harmonic component,and combined with the protection logic criterion to realize the real-time protection of distribution transformer.The test results showed that,the method can effectively control the influence of the attenuation constant change,complete stable calculations with a small error,and has high sensitivity.The protection device is activated when the overcurrent exceeds the standard current range of 0.64 A,which can ensure the protection action real-time.
