单体液压支柱轻量化设计研究

摘    要:针对单体液压缸在矿井使用过程中质量大、不便维修和搬运的问题,依据轻量化的设计要求,从材料、结构及工艺方面综合考虑后,设计了一种轻型单体液压支柱,该液压支柱能有效减小单体液压支柱的质量,此外,还具有强度高、刚性好、耐腐蚀性强及寿命长的优点。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of heavy weight,inconvenient maintenance and handling of single hydraulic cylinders in the mine,according to the requirements of lightweight design,after comprehensive consideration of materials,structure and technology,a light single hydraulic prop was designed.The prop could effectively reduce the quality of the single hydraulic prop.
In addition,it also had the advantages of high strength,good rigidity,strong corrosion resistance and long life.
