等基圆曲线齿锥齿轮原理

摘    要:大型锥齿轮的加工在我国是一个没有很好解决的问题。针对这一现状,我们研究生产了一种新型锥齿轮——等基圆曲线的齿锥齿轮。该锥齿轮在任意点的法截面内当量齿轮基圆半径保持不变,则沿该齿线的半截面内渐开线齿形相同,该锥齿轮齿面便可以用指状铣刀用数控方法正确地加工出来。本文给出了这种齿轮的齿线方程,研究了齿线特性,指状铣刀的加工痕迹,建立了双自由度近似加工该齿轮的方法,毛坯-刀具位置关系式等。于1990年初,在沈阳重型机器厂减速机分厂,用TP801单板机和步进电机在改装的OKU35铣齿机上加工出一对等基圆锥齿轮(大端模数为25mm,中点螺旋角23.675°,齿数比28/16)。从对滚来看,接触区较为理想。

Abstract:A new type of bevel gear, Equal Base Circle Curved Tooth Bevel Gear, is developed. The virtual gear base radius on the tooth trace of the gear remains constant and tooth profile is identical, so the gear can be processed on digital-controlled machine tool. The study on engaging principle and processing approach is conducted. In this paper, tooth trace equations are given. Characteristics of tooth trace and processing trace of and processing trace of end mill are studied. Relation position of blank and cutter is established. The two-dimensional approximate processing method of tooth is introduced. A pair Equal Base Cirele Curved Tooth Bevel Gear with outer module 25mm and gear ratio 23/16 has been manufactured. After rolling the contact pattern of gear surface is satisfactory.
