摘    要:在电力系统运行过程中,由于生产、检修等方面的需要,须改变电力系统的运行方式或设备的运行状态,这些工作需要一系列的刀闸来操作。操作票制度是保证电网安全和供电可靠性的有效措施,开发自动生成操作票系统具有重要意义,操作票系统将有助于提升电网的安全运行水平。在基于全网一体化智能防误操作票系统的基础上,阐述了操作票软件的主要功能及其原理,主要研究了山东某供电网调度操作票的系统应用,并结合山东某电网一次系统图进行相应数据维护,开发了图形、短语、典型票、历史票四种开票方式,提高了系统的通用性、智能性和用户可维护性。

A Research on the Application of Dispatching Operation Ticket System for Power Supply Networks
Abstract:During the operation of the electric power system,it is necessary to change the operating mode of the power system or the operating status of equipment due to the requirement for production and maintenance.All these need a series of knife switches.The operation ticket system is an effective measure to ensure grid safety and reliability of power supply.It is of great significance to develop an automatically generated operation ticket system which will help raise the safe operation level of the power grid.On the basis of an integrated intelligent error-proof operation ticket system over the entire network,this paper expounds main functions of the operation ticket software and its principle,studies the application of the dispatching operation ticket system of a power supply network in Shandong province,conducts data maintenance with respect to the primary system diagram of a power grid in Shandong province,and develops four ticketing modes,namely graphics,phrase,typical ticket and historical ticket,thus improving system versatility and intelligence and user’s maintainability.
