摘    要:针对现有底盘测功机无法满足矿用胶轮车底盘动力性检测的问题,提出了通过优化滚筒的喷涂材料、直径和中心距的方法来实现上述检测。通过理论分析及现场检测试验,分析了胎压对台架试验的滚阻影响,并且提出矿用胶轮车底盘测功机滚筒机构的技术要求。试验结果表明:适当增大胎压能减小试验车辆的滚动阻力;滚筒表面喷涂硬质合金可提高附着系数;滚筒的直径为373 mm,中心距为520 mm为最佳,对矿用胶轮车底盘测功机的研究具有重要指导意义。

Abstract:In view of the problem that the existing chassis dynamometer can not meet the dynamic detection of the mining rubber wheel chassis, the above-mentioned detection is realized by optimizing the spraying material, diameter and center distance of the roller. Through theoretical analysis and on-site testing, the influence of tire pressure on the rolling resistance of the bench test was analyzed, and the technical requirements of the drum mechanism of the mining rubber tire chassis dynamometer were proposed. The test results show that proper increase of tire pressure can reduce the rolling resistance of the test vehicle; the surface of the drum can be coated with cemented carbide to improve the adhesion coefficient; the diameter of the drum is 373 mm, and the center distance is 520 mm, which is the best. The research of chassis dynamometer has important guiding significance.
