Abstract:In order to match the power system of the intelligent tractor under variable load conditions, it is necessary to adjust the engine speed by controlling the displacement of the hydraulic pump. The simulation model of engine and hydraulic pump is established, and the feedback control system of engine and hydraulic pump is developed by adopting fuzzy control strategy. The simulation model of power matching control system of engine and hydraulic pump power system was established by MATLAB/Simulink, and the actual construction operation of tractor was simulated by setting the engine throttle opening, workload and engine target speed. The simulation results show that when the fuzzy control system feedback adjustment is added, when the throttle opening is 80% and the target engine speed is 1300 r/min, the engine speed can be stabilized around the target speed, which realizes the power matching and adaptive control of the tractor power system.
